No Return & No Refund Policy

Although this is a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website, we operate exclusively as a wholesale business, not retail. Therefore, returns and refunds are not applicable.

However, we do offer a product exchange within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging and unused. Once the exchange is approved, the replacement will be delivered within 3 working days.

If any fresh product is found non-functional out of the box, we take full responsibility and will replace it at no extra cost.
