Care & Maintenance

• Slot Aperture Dusting: Because the AP11G-SQ features a specialized micro vertical slot, fine lint or dust can occasionally settle in the opening. Use a clean, completely dry, anti-static camel-hair brush or a quick blast of compressed air to clear out the slot. Avoid pushing wet cloths or metal objects through the aperture to protect the inner LED chips.

• Trim Face Upkeep: Keep the visible Premium Matt Black outer finish clean by wiping it gently with a dry, lint-free microfiber cloth. Avoid spraying household surface cleaners or alcohol-based solvents directly onto the square face, which can compromise the textured matte finish over time.

• Low-Level Extraction: When inspecting drivers or pulling down fixtures mounted near flooring or within drywall steps, pull the outer square frame straight forward out of the cutout while holding the spring-loaded side clips down to keep them from cracking the surrounding plaster or wood trim.
